02Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

To use 777bdx services you must be at least 21 years of age. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a government-issued ID or other valid document for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but only with different names, identity documents, and payment methods.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

777bdx primarily serves users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to access some services. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your area.

03Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 777bdx you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information at the time of registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. We may request additional information from you at any time for verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

777bdx follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions. When processing a withdrawal or when otherwise required, we may ask for the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie or face verification (where required)

If KYC is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently accepted on 777bdx are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own account only.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification is mandatory for the first withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Security

4.4 Currency

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it. Which games count towards meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the details of the relevant bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time 777bdx runs various special offers, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and tournaments. Each promotion has its own terms and validity period, which are detailed on that promotion's page. 5.4 VIP Program

The 777bdx VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are determined by tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Misuse or strategic exploitation of bonus terms (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

06Gameplay and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on 777bdx has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. It is your responsibility to read the game rules carefully before placing a bet. If a technical fault causes an abnormal result in any game, that round will be considered void.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

• Exploiting game errors or bugs for personal gain (such issues should instead be reported to us)
• Conducting transactions using a third party's credit card or financial account
• Providing false identity or documents
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users

If any of the above activities are detected, 777bdx reserves the right to close the account without notice and to take legal action where applicable.

08Responsible Gaming

12.2 By the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, however all bonuses will be cancelled.

13Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a game result, a transaction, or any other matter, please contact our support team first. We will complete an investigation within 48 hours and inform you of the outcome.

Dispute resolution process:
